Technigraph can label your most challenging bottles
Technigraph has just purchased a new rotary labeling system with auto-feed and vision inspection. It is capable of decorating a wide range of bottle and jar sizes (from 1 ounce to 32 ounces) and a variety of shapes, including ovals and squares. This machine can apply labels to the front and backs of non-round bottles up to 4 inches in diameter, and apply labels registered between the seams on the front and back on round bottles and jars. It will also allow for the application of full wrap labels on round glass, PET, HDPE, LDPE, PP and PVC containers. The "sweet spot" for this new high-speed labeler will be projects for bottles or jars in the 4-ounce to 16-ounce size range, and with 3 million to 5 million applications per year.
